Weighted pull-ups

I think not enough people do any sort of pull ups. Everyone goes right to the pull down.

I love this exercise...

Guys gotta try it out...I did them today 75lbs...Felt great..
 
Honest...Just do regular pull ups, and throw 5lbs on at a time...I haven't done them in a while, than today I started my routine with them and felt great...The reason I decided to post...
 
Just like anything else...Keep doin them...Do em with no weight, try for one more each time...

Arms are pullin...Id think that a good back routine will make the arms stronger for that type of exercise...Pull downs, machine pull downs...Your arms are used in all back, id say just consistency will make you stronger...

Also, if your grip slips before you max out get a pair of wraps...
