I'm going to do an experiment.
stats:
72" (6 feet)
180#
Bench: 307.5 x1 wrist wrap
Squat: 325 x2 parallel belted
Dead: 315 x5 from floor no chalk/straps double overhand
This is pretty idiotic, but i am going to start wearing a weighted vest while i lift weights. I will see if it makes me stronger.
I'm thinking the leverage or something.
It probably won't work, but who cares.
