Well known international source turned scammer?????

Do not pm or email me asking who I am referring to, as I wont give up the name (unless you're a mod) until I've decided to post it publicly.

I ordered from an popular international guy back in November, and had my package in 10 days. I placed another, much larger order in early december. This guy claims it was shipped dec 18 I believe, but it is now going on 9 weeks. I know it's possible that it was seized, but heres the thing, first, I've had stuff seized before and the letter came in half this much time. Two, there are a few other trusted canadian bros that have been waiting since the same date as myself. I doubt that is a coincidence. This was shipped with no tracking # apparently, he's offering a receipt that is was shipped, but that could be from anything he sent to anyone, plus, anyone can make up a good receipt with the right program. So this holds no water with me.

Its not that i cant get by without what i ordered, I just refused to get fucked over what I am owed. This guy has a very short period of time to make good on this, before I post his name on every board that i am either a mod or member on. And I will keep posting until i am 100% sure that no one anywhere will ever order from him again.

At this point I dont want to name countries as I dont want to identify him.
I dont think hes turned full scammer as I know people that do receive from him, but it seems like youre lucky if you do get your stuff. There is a mod on here that waited a year to get it resolved
