Hey guys, New to the forum, planning to stick around for some time. I'm not here for the steroid advice btw, but of all the forums I have lurked in the past, you seem like the best people!

So here's me. kind of a fat blob these days. I trained hard for my highschool years, and then just kind of stopped. here is the result of that.
So far I have lost around 30lbs I imagine. haven't actually weighed myself in over a month so its hard to say exactly.
What are your thoughts?

Immediate goal for me is reach 15% bodyfat
first 3 pictures are all relaxed. last one is my attempt at a lat spread.
Thanks in advance

How long you been lifting? i started way fatter bro so thats not a problem just takes time.

Low 20's would be my guess. You could be slightly lower but just carrying really stubborn adipose tissue in your abdomen.

Don't be embarrassed, I started lurking here at around 50% body fat myself. You'll be there in no time at all. :)

Thanks!
I lifted regular for around 3.5 years when I was younger. Learned alot about training and mostly nutrition back then. sadly very little of it stuck with me over the last 4-5 years.
wow I actually never realized that it has been that long since Ive trained properly. quitting was a big mistake!

Well that's a better number then I was hopping for haha!
I will be getting a proper scan done in the near future to get a better idea.
I have no idea what my bf% was in the very beginning but it had to be 35%+

Look at the bright side-- you don't have to wake up at 7am with a hang over and still have to pound down a bunch of milk and whey protein powder just to survive , like us skinny ectomorph guys gotta do.

I skip a meal, loose an inch off my biceps, you skip a meal loose an inch off your bellie

HAHAH I can understand the frustration you guys must feel. I can not imagine how much you would have to eat. Right now eating at 2600 calories a day I have to pretty much force myself to eat.
Might make you wonder how I ended up being 275 pounds. blame that on no breakfast, no lunch or just a bag of chips, and then absolutely gorge myself for supper.

Pretty quite forum huh? or is it just the fat burning section? where is the most action at on here?

Funny, same type a diet made me skinny.. Metabolism is such a huge factor in this game..

I went from 147 to 187 lbs, and now shooting for 200 lbs plus, maintaing 12% bf.. Because I started eating as much as I can.
Funny how we are All different.

FYI- AAS section is where most guys are at

Makes sense, this being a Steroid forum and all.
Well how does someone go about getting a better post count and reputation, without much knowledge to add to any conversations :/

read through the stickies in the anabolic steroid section.. chime in and ask questions there.. learn all you can about AAS and you'll be able to put a proper cycle together and have some experienced vets help you out

I love this place too. Sometimes the members are harsh - but they have your best interest in mind...so no thin skin. :)

I started at about 28% body fat and 3J took me to about 14% - which is now going to go up some due to bulking (but that is expected anyway). I did it all pseudo natty...I am on TRT so while I certainly am injecting Testosterone, I was only injecting enough to put me in the normal range where natty people are. 15% is not an unrealistic goal at all naturally - diet is the key.

Thanks I appreciate that.

Yeah, the stickies in the anabolic steroid section have lots of information in there that have nothing to do with AAS. It is the main place you will find people.
