from what i've been told your hgh levels are already pretty high when you are younger.. and dont drop off till late thirties.. However this graph disputes that.. showing GHlevels dropping dramatically after 20 y.o. in most men.. a lot of american football players use it and they are in their mid twenties.. i think it more or less comes down to a cost thing.. so if you are going to use it you need to use a good amount 4-6iu per day.. which gets expensive.. i mean you could either do GH or lease a Corvette.. Damn near anyways
as for benefits.. you should already know those.. fat lose, bone density, the only drug that has been proven to increase the number of muscle cells.. also women on it are more likely to have twins (i believe this is still up in the air but there was as study by some Nazi scientists that proved the correlation between IGF-1 / HGH and cattle having twins..)
bad things about it.. well most people do not know cause it hasn't been around as long as AAS.. but you risk permanently shutting down your own natural GH release, which would mean you would have to stay on it for life.. this is rare.. but possible.. also thicker forehead / facial structure comes along with thicker bone structure..
