My blood test results just came back and the doctor wants me to run another test.

He said my test level is low 6.3 nmol/l.

I dont understand this reading how does this convert to ng/dl pls help.

The doc wants me to take another blood test.

And if it comes back low again he wats to put me on trt.

The first thing i need to know is how 6,3 nmol/l converts to ng/dl and how low is this

i dont know were to start pls help

If your Dr puts you on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), you can forget about going on a cycle anytime soon. He will be monitoring your test levels and will see them skyrocket if you do a cycle. Especially if you run 500 or more mg a week.

If your test levels are not effecting your daily life which it sounds like it wasnt since you had no i dea till the test i wouldnt start TRT.

In all fairness, I had low testosterone (120ng/dL) for YEARS without knowing what was wrong. I just knew I was tired all the time and kept getting fatter even though I was eating right and exercising. I developed diabetes, hypertension and was even starting to look at antidepressants as my doc had no clue what was wrong. I had no idea that it was all due to low testosterone until I started stumbling onto sites like this a couple years back and had the epiphany. :p I don't want to butcher the statistic, but you would be surprised at how many men are running around with untreated hypogonadism!

Very true i guess i should have been alot more detailed. Basicly same thing with me felt tired all the time/depressed and regardless of whatever i did could not make any progress in the gym and i knew something was wrong and finally got my doc to pull some bloodwork and i was right and tbh testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) was the best choice i have ever made.

but this is all in hinsight. because i always try to stay positive and force myself to be the best i can be.

but now that i have found out that im hindered. i believe i could have achieved so much more.

its still a very scary path to go in. thats why i need the advice of people who have had similar experiance

i need to no the pros the cons the benifits and harm
