What are the must do exercises for shoulders?

ENGLANDS FINEST
My shoulder training has become a bit stale of late and I would appreciate seeing what some of you guys do for shoulders.
Please list which exercises you absolutely swear by in your shoulder routine.
Lately, I did the following.

1. Seated Military press (to front) 4 sets
2. Standing Dumbell side laterals. 4 sets
3. Standing front barbell raise 3 sets
4. Bent over dumbell laterals 3 sets
5. Bar or Dumb shrugs 4 sets

has your presses poundage been going up?
4 sets of side laterals are way too many dude..try 2x8-10
if you want..do shoulders after your chest workout
that oughta hit your shoulders hard.
also, go heavy on back days and don't forget deads. that really bombs your rear delt..same goes with barbell rows. and ofcourse..don't overtrain..
gudluck

Hey bro sup?

Yeah, my poundages have stopped going up. The reason I work a lot of side laterals is because that is the where I need more size. I have big front delts and traps but lack that cannon ball look that good side delts will give you.

i tell ya what bench press with completely incorrect form, im talkin bout liftin with yur shoulders will give you the thickest delts you casn imagine, i have badass shoulders all three heads, and even traps i dont know why but for me thats what happened then i finally learned how to bench correctly and now i gotta git my chest to were my shoulders are...........fuck

cut the volume way back and see what happens..
it might be a good idea to hit delts after chest

Hey bro can u give an example of what you mean i.e exercises reps and sets.
Thnx.

you said your front delts are fairl well developed..well i would drop the
extra 3 sets of BB front raise since your front delts get hit plenty from benching as well as doing any overhead pressing..

i would do my side lateral seated this way it is harder to cheat..i see lots of guys using 40-50lb bells fro side raises yet they can barely overhead press the 70's..use the right form pull from the elbow..

shrugs are fine but i find i really only need either one big drop set or one heavy set 6-8 reps followed by stripping a plate and goin for 20 reps..

if you are working your back correctly your rear delts will get hit when doing back work..

As far as what works there is no one correct way to do things..i think you should use heavy weights..that doesnt mean doing 3 reps..if you grow better with 8-12 reps fine make sure that is the heaviest weight you can use for that rep range..

as far as what i think is needed for delts
1 pressing move BB front press or use DB's
side laterals or lying side laterals since you absolutely cannot cheat doing those..

if doing this after chest i would think 2 sets of presses followed by 3-5 sets of sides would be plenty..some days you feel good do more other days you dont do less
