What are the TOP 3 rules of cycling?

When I was bartending in my former life the first rule of bartending was to always make the first drink strong. And, one customer taught me that the first rule of being a bar customer is to always make the first tip big... so along those line, what are the Top 3 rules of cycling?
 
1 - Make sure your diet is in order to help you maximise your cycle.
2 - Make sure your training is in order to help you maximise your cycle .
3 - Make sure you have planned for bloodwork & have all the extra ancillaries ready to keep you healthy BEFORE beginning your cycle.

1. get bloods before, and 1 month post PCT
2. have your ENTIRE cycle ready, including AI and PCT or anything else you use
3. be under 13% when you start

i would blast and cruise for years and before every time i blasted i got as lean as i possibly could. your body will have a better response to the gear.. and you'll just look better
 
1. Appropriate age. From discussed on here on many occasions age 25 and hopefully your edocrine system is developed and your done growing.

2. Low body fat.

3. Knowledge of how to properly train and diet.
 
-Cycle
-Bloods before, during and Post Cycle
-Have Ai and PCT On Hand
-Ask Questions Before Hand - No question Is A Dumb Question
-Use Test As Base (Never oral Only)
- Learn Injection Sites , and how to properly Administer
-Sit down and Look at your goals and make sure they Align With The Cons And pro's of usage
 
1st RULE: You do not talk about FIGHT CLUB.

2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about FIGHT CLUB.

3rd RULE: If someone says "stop" or goes limp, taps out the fight is over.

4th RULE: Only two guys to a fight.

5th RULE: One fight at a time.

6th RULE: No shirts, no shoes.

7th RULE: Fights will go on as long as they have to.

8th RULE: If this is your first night at FIGHT CLUB, you HAVE to fight.

fourth rule snort your pre workout and protein shakes
fifth rule never do cardio
