The row machine is amazing, and I think its rather fun as well lol.
I am a marathon runner and have run 25-30 miles per week for the last 3 years. I always wondered if this could have triggered my low T. I also wonder if the high mileage might sabotage my TRT.
Anyone have knowlege about this?

different things for different people. interval cardio training has always worked for me, specifically running 30 min intervals mixed with light jogging/sprints/ harder jogging.
sprint intervals on the treadmill have always been key for me. work your way into it.
