looked up the egg white powder, or albumin powder, and it looks interesting. Egg whites are a great source of protein, I am guessing that whey is used more often because of availability.
Any thoughts on this... I was always under the impression that egg whites are a better source of protein than any other sources. There are alot of different brands of egg white powder.
The whey could be used right after work out but the egg white powder absorbs a little slower so you could use it during the day? The casein powder absorbs the slowest I believe...
