Hello all ,
I really need help and don't want to type a paper so I want to make it short and sweet.
After benching and doing chest last week I felt a pain in my shoulder (when I raise my arm above my shoulder, as if I was going to reach for the ceiling laterally or in front of my I get pain)
the pain last week wasn't that bad, I worked out today and it was more intense I had to stop working out.
This happened to me about 2 years ago and my boss at my job who supposedly studied physical therapy said it was a rotary cuff tear (minor)
I think he was right but I don't remember if I took a month of or a week off?
Can someone please tell me what this is? and if so how do I train around this? I am bulking up lifting slightly heavy for compound movements but I am willing to lift light I just want to keep working out I am in a mid cycle with test cyp.
How long should I rest? When I return to working out how should I train? The pain level was a 7 out of 10 but now a hour later after gym its about a 5.
Thanks Adam
