I am 27 years old 6 feet tall only weigh 150lbs, im looking to gain wieght and muscle i have worked out alot b4 and all i did was lose weight i can eat non stop daily and never gain a pound and it works the other way too i can eat almost nothing daily and i dont lose wieght, i did a body mass test and i had only 3% body fat I am looking to start taking something to aid me in gaining weight and muscle im shooting for about 200 lbs. what do you guys suggest i use to get to this goal as quickly as possible without killing myself also can any one point me in the direction to get stuff from a reliable source i been looking into hgh but from what i have read here there might be much better options for someone like me... please help im tired of being a scrawny person i got the bodfy of a highschool girl lol...
