what do you guys think of this workout

just about to go on deca,sus and d,bol and was thinking of doing this workout as advised by a friend what do you guys think

shoulders - 1set 25 reps of cable raises
then a triple drop set of cable raises 8,12,15,
1 set shoulder press 8 reps
1 triple drop 8,12,15.

triceps - pushdowns 1 set 50
triple drop 8,12,15
1 set close grip bench press 8 reps
triple drop 8,12,15.


Back- 1 set pullovers 50 reps
triple drop 8,12,15
1 set lat pulldowns 8 reps
triple drop 8,12,15

Biceps 1 set cable curls 30 reps
triple drop 8,12,15.

Legs 1 set leg extensions 50reps
triple drop 8,12,15
1 set squats 20reps
triple drop on leg press 8,12,15

calves seated calve raises 1 set 76 reps
triple drop 8,12,15


SPLIT AS FOLLOWS

MON - chest / traps
TUE - shoulders and triceps
WED- OFF
THURS- legs
FRI- back / bis
SAT / SUN OFF
 
drop sets are ok to use once in a while, but doing that routine every week will burn you out in no time. check out IA's routines. theyre all good mass builders.
