What do you regret about your steroid experience?

What do I wish I could take back or change..... Being 18 and getting a hold of the strongest designer steroids the world had to offer with no fucking PCT that was worth even calling post cycle therapy (pct). Many nights and days of having hormonal swings from combining all the different pro hormones and being to young to understand what was happening or how to fix it. Doing a real steroid cycle and only using nolvadex because I thought it was the same as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Getting ripped of for my pct after a real steroid cycle that was heavy and only having tribulus and over the counter anti estrogens and wondering why I felt like shit and was timid as fuck while I got a shitty telemarketing job. Lol I might have just had the worse experiences with steroids out of any one here. But I will say the gains were worth it all and I learned how to do them right now and their so no stopping me!

Lol I will say it scared me to think about steroids after the last cycle I did a few years ago when I got ripped off for my pct... lol dark times

Dre, if you're doing an off-cycle panel, isn't the basic female enough? (Assuming you're under 1500 natty)

Yes but it depends on which values you want to see. For example the female hormone panel won't show thyroid function but does have CBC, metabolic, test, LH, FSH, estradiol.

This sounds terrifying. The reality is the potential is there to really fuck yourself up. My usual way of getting shit done is go big or go home, so it took every ounce of humility to order test only as my first cycle cuz man oh man does tren sound good.

With the right diet, from what I've read, 20 pounds is very possible on first test only cycle. I can live with that

My biggest mistake was being ignorant and diet as well. Years a go if I was getting too fat I would add clen and t3. For pct I lost strength and weight and went right back on. I felt brittle from winstrol, added deca. Stupid crap like that from not knowing how diet is so much of the work. If I didn't each enough added drol to get more weight on. Just being stupid. I don't know I probably would be a lot different if I had sites like this at my finger tips when I first started

i regret all the ignorant comments i have made about all the juice monkeys in the gym when i was a kid... not to their face of course.. hahaha

I used to talk a lot of shit as well. I was under the impression roids did the work for u when I first started lifting

Seconded.

I feel I wasted a few blasts by not taking the time to learn about proper diet first. Sure I added more size, but it's not nearly as impressive as when you can see that muscle mass with definition. I too wish I had access to at least the diet section many years ago (when natural) as it would have taught me the fundamental basics that are paramount to success.

Punishing my body by using veterinary grade gear when, if I had've done a little more research, I could've been using pharmacy grade or at least a solid UGL. One pro from the vet gear is that I knew it was accurately dosed. But fuck that BA content. What a pain in the ass - literally!

I wish I too had've been more knowledgeable with diet. I based my first ever cut on Dan Duchaine's Body Opus. It worked, but was extremely outdated even when I used it. I didn't realise dieting that extreme required a more than moderate AAS protocol to counteract the catabolic effects of the diet itself. A few hundred mgs of prop just didn't cut it. Yeah, I was shredded, but my muscle loss was less than impressive.

1) One god-awful abscess. It was ultimately a learning experience.

2) Telling my girlfriend (Confessed to 2 of them) about being on the sauce. Some may disagree about this one. Lots to hide if you don't own up to your significant other, but nothing could possibly be as bad as always being the bad guy in every fight. Example: a few years ago, my girl was banging around in my garage looking for things to "borrow" for her exhibit (she is an artist--and she stole everything she could get her paint covered mitts on...). She slipped in mineral spirits that SHE spilled and knocked my brand new motorcycle into my relatively new car. $1,000 of damage on the bike....$2,300 on the car. I yelled "you are flippant with my stuff, if it were yours, you would never..." as she cut me off and said: "I made a mistake and had an accident, you aren't going to roid rage with me or I will call the god damn cops." Checkmate. Ok, baby. You win.

3)Running long cycles with no clear goal. Cutting/bulking/confusion/bulk-cutting/lean-massing/more confusion cycles suck ass.

4)Always overtraining and perpetually under eating.

5)Got into a war trying to prevent gyno with letro and gave myself a killer case of erectile dysfunction just in time to reunite with my high school crush and embarrass myself by showing her my famous Houdini trick--pushing rope. Believe it or not, that is how I found this board. I googled "steroid, erectile dysfunction, hot girl from high school that never paid me attention, help."

6) Not having blood pressure meds just in case I needed them.

Those are the majors.

Years ago with my first cycles only reading bill Phillips' steroid manual and doing a deca only cycle or a injectable dbol from Mexico with pigs, cows, and steer on the label. No post cycle therapy (pct). this was before the net had cool sites like these, however.

Lol I think if I were you I might have been digging one of those nameless hole's in the middle of the desert they talk about in the beginning of casino

NEVER tell chicks that you are on juice.... Remember, it's perfectly fine to get a breast implant to make a girl more attractive, but it's cheating and it's criminal to use steroids to make us more attractive. Girls love muscles, guys love skinny chicks with boobs. Girls lay there and get a surgery, hardly eat and just like that they're more attractive. We train in the gym for years, stick needles in ungodly places, spend thousands on gear and supplements and food, force feed ourselves a healthy 5000 calories a day, and we are the ones that are cheaters. Yeah.. a chick found a bottle of Tren in my dresser and freaked out and told everybody.. still a little bitter lol

I think if you're married or in a long term relationship you tell them. If you're just "dating" then keep it to yourself. I'd hate to have juice complicate a new relationship
