Yes...if you are a hard gainer...cut back the workout days....try a simple... Mon --Back, Bi's Wed --Chest, Shoulders and Tri's and Fri-Legs... your not giving your body enough time to rest... just try the above routine with just 3 sets of eight reps... 2 exercises for Back, Bi's, Chest and Legs...then 1 exercise for shoulders (military dumbell press) and 2 for Tri's. Keep track of your reps and weight...I will bet money in six weeks you will be stronger and gaining again...
