Hello, this is something I've been looking into for a while. I've been training now for about 4+ years but have never really committed to ever doing cardio. I workout for 5 days a week doing mainly compound movements and my plan was to now implement cardio on my rest days, so on a Saturday and Sunday. I'm not keen on the idea of doing fasted cardio in the morning on empty stomach so I was wondering if say I did cardio after my first meals in the morning some time. Opinions? Suggestions?
