What Do You Think Is The Best Time To Do Cardio?

Hello, this is something I've been looking into for a while. I've been training now for about 4+ years but have never really committed to ever doing cardio. I workout for 5 days a week doing mainly compound movements and my plan was to now implement cardio on my rest days, so on a Saturday and Sunday. I'm not keen on the idea of doing fasted cardio in the morning on empty stomach so I was wondering if say I did cardio after my first meals in the morning some time. Opinions? Suggestions?

training and cardio go hand in hand, its common sense. why do fasted cardio? are you prepping for a show? i always do cardio before and after my training workouts, one to get my bp up to deal with lifting and at the end to bring down my bp slowly and back to normal. just my 2ccs worth.
 
It depends on what type of Cardio that you are thinking of.

I do HIIT cardio, on an Empty Stomach a few times a week.
But because of the Short Duration, your focused on getting it in, and Not on your Stomach...................... JP

I can't stand LISS cardio, it's Boring.
