Product of Test
I blast one body part a day in the gym. Mon. Chest 20 sets, Flat bench, incline flyes, cable crossovers.

Tues. Arms 15 sets triceps, skull crushers, pushdowns, extions. Biceps, Barbell curls 5 sets, preachers for 5 then concentration.

Wed. Legs 20 sets, Squats or leg press, leg extions then hams.

Thus. Blast shoulder, Front military press 7, 8 sets. Upright rows, lateral raises, shrugs.

Fri. Back 25 whopping sets. Chins 5 sets. Bent rows 5 sets. Pulldowns to front. 5 sets. Pullovers. Deadlifts.

All sets I rest about two to three minutes between. My rep range is I warm up light first set 20 then 15,8,8,6.

I was wondering what you quys think of this? My only problem is with this intensity and work l;oad I find little time for cardio or abs at this point.

only time will tell if its gonna work for you or not.
thats not the answer i expected from you!! lol
could that much volume work? yes for about 1% of the population who also happen to be taking in plenty of AAS..i honestly think you have way too much volume..i would look at the training sticky above..theres a routine in there from PB..other methods are 5x5 and DC training

experience is the best teacher. after he overtrains in about 4 weeks he'll be asking for a routine that'll work. thats is if hes moving enough weight to overtrain.

Signs of overtraining

Ive been on this routine for 7 weeks 4 of which Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) plays a role. So far so good a little wrist pain from going up in weight so much and I have a little shoulder soreness. I hate to say it but Im far from experienced and I still feel like I have a lot to go my girl has to beg me to leave, I tell tell to go hit the tanning bed. Any how is not being able to fall asleep a sign of overtraining? Im having a little problem there. Also little loss of appetite.

IMO...overtraining... I never do more than 3 sets per excercise (Unless Im on the 5x5 routine) and I usually do 8 reps per set..( I have found this the 8 reps is about the best (for me) for building size and respectable strength...) I also never do more than 2 exercises for bodyparts..... it works for me....took me a long time to figure out that more is not better..........

Think your right!

Crazy enough I ******* jinx myself. I was feeling great except for the past couple of days since my last post. I think Im dropping back to 15 sets per bodypart and doing a three on one off.

My shoulder is feeling ripped in a bad way and my sleeping problem has gotten worse. Im also cutting out or way back on cardio to save my strenghth. Whats the 5x5?

Way too much volume for most mortals. Some do well on these types of routines. Most people aren't those some people though-lol.
