lol thnx!I really dont know the size of my thighs.And i don't know my bodyfat% either.This was my first competition at 25 yo and i just did go by the mirror.
 
day 1:
high hang cleans: 5x5
low hang cleans: 5x5
full clean: 5x2

day 2:
overhead squat: 5x3
front squat: 5x3
back squat: 10x2
romanian dl: 5x5
snatch dl: 5x5

day 3: rest

day 4:
high hang snatch: 5x5
low hang snatch: 5x5
full snatch: 5x2

day 5:
deadlift: work up to 90-95% max in 5-7 sets

day 6: rest

to set the weights I use deload weeks and increment 5% a week, on 8 week waves.

I don't lift unless there's a barbell involved.
