What exactly is Free T needed for, Training or recovery?

I need someone pretty knowlegable about biology to answer this.

For growth, is free T needed for the lifting itself, or recovery of the muscle to make it grow?

The reason I ask is because I think it would be a good idea to boost SHBG to get a higher steady state of T in the blood, then when free T is needed, take a dose of sugar to unbind the T from the SHBG.

If you don't know the specific biological response don't bother saying "your stupid" lol. Wait mabye do say that so it keeps getting bumped ;).

Manliness , and really its no joke, total t, when bound to shbg is waisted and can not be used to produce lean muscle growth, or stimulate libido

The fact remains though that you can get your total T higher with it bound, then with it not bound. SHBG prevents T breakdown. Also, when you take in glucose or fructose it unbinds temporarily.

Yes I know this flies in the face of conventional wisdom, but if we get our T higher by letting it be bound with SHBG, then cause it to unbind right when we need it, we could see bigger gains than ever before theoretically.

I am on aromatase inhibitors so I'm extra sensitive to the effect, but I drank a sprite and got a hard-on for three hours from it lol.
