What happened to Sten Labs?

Still waiting for my order. Made order on December 21st. Was sent an email from Jim T. saying it would ship out by Wednesday, December 29th. That obviously didn't happen. Then read on another board that they promised all orders would be delivered by today, Friday. That hasn't happened as I did not receive my order today.
I understand there were lots of problems, but this is not how to treat customers. You don't say it will ship out by a certain date, and then not ship it out without notifying the customers.
And then you do not promise it will be delivered by another date, and then not deliver on that promise.
If there's problems with the site, no big deal, just let people know whats going on and do not make promises you can't keep.

i had the same thing happen. But i got my pack yesterday.

Jim will take care of you. Send him your invoice and he will ship you your order.

And theres some orders left to ship.

Mine didnt come today.. I still dont know who he shipped with.. I dont have my tracking # ... If its USPS it should be here tomorrow.

Took my first 20mcg today, only thing I'm worried about is that's barely two droplets of liquid, I feel like I didn't even get any.

Is it THAT concentrated?

does the volume of the dose have anything to do with its efficacy?

and as far as the name on the box, they are a legitimate business. They have no need/reason to hide their name as far as I'm concerned.
