I'm a complete idiot. Here's my case;
I decided to try steroids and I'm currently half-way on the road now (been 7 weeks so far) with the daily dosage of;
week 1: 5mg each day
week 2: 10mg "
week 3: 15mg "
week 4: 20mg "
week 5-8: 30mg "
week 9: 20mg "
week 10: 15mg "
week 11: 10mg "
week 12: 5mg "
I've been using Dianabol - methandrostenlone (I've just copy/paste this, is it understandable of what it is?).
When I started to read on this forum, I quickly understood the amount of research and knowledge needed to even consider doing a cycle. I knew nothing and I still don't. I simply trusted my friend (I don't blame him at all, I'm the idiot here). I've jumped into something huge without the right knowledge and all I want to do now is to cut my "losses" and get out while I still have no (visible) damage.
What should I do ? Is the amount I take too high ? Should I just carry on like the idiot I've been ?
My main focus have been to eat a lot of meat, fish (tuna) salad etc and drink alot of water, lol. As you can hear, I'm a real expert
