when someones body stops producing testosterone u need to take it exogenously (from an outside soure) ... needles . so the dose is prescribed by a doctor due to a series of tests to see what u need an he will presicribe u between 100-200mg of test every so often to get u back to normal levels that your body isnt producing for whatever reason .
