Hi all, I am 18 years old and have never used any anabolic steroids, not one cycle. Over the last few months I have had puffy nipples and they are painful to the touch as well as being noticeably bigger.
I have no idea what has been causing this, currently I am cutting and am using Promax diet (which contains no creatine but does contain 200mg of caffeine, I probably get 200mg of caffeine from this per day). I am also using Clenbuterol, started at 40mcg, am now up to 120mcg after 1 week, 2 days. My diet is as follows -
1. 30g oats, 65g protein shake, 10g nuts.
2. 140g chicken, 150g vegetables, 15g nuts
3. 140g chicken, 150g vegetables, 15g nuts
4. 140g chicken, 150g vegetables, 15g nuts
5. 140g chicken, 150g vegetables, 15g nuts
6. 65g protein shake, 25g oats, 10g nuts
I train 6 times a week - 1 - 2 hours a day.
I should say that I have just come off a huge bulk, I gained a lot of weight, maybe 2 stone in 9 months, a lot of fat but much of that is gone now, the pain started nearing the end of my bulk and has not gotten any better. During this bulk I was using nothing but protein shake.
I don't know which bits of this information is necessary to get an accurate answer, I just thought id include everything. Thanks.
