What is the best alternative to Steroids that I can Buy At a Vitamin store

Looking to buy something that has little to NO side effects but does actually work and gives you gains. I've done Pro Hormones in the past and hated the side effects.
I'm currently taking a preworkout(hemovex),Creatine(All-American EFX Kre-alkalyn) & Whey Protien (ON Gold Standard). What else can I take that might be able to give me some extra gains. Also something that you can buy legally at a local vitamin store.
 
Mega has it right, a proper diet is your best supplement. Most people have a bad diet, some have an OK diet, and very few have a good one...especially for muscle growth. I would recommend spending the money on hiring 3J to teach you how to eat properly for gains, you will thank yourself for it for the rest of your life. He has a special going on right now, too.
 
protein powder and multi vitamins, spend res on food and good nutrition. it sounds silly to many but FOOD is VERY anabolic, specially when you eat right.
 
anything I can buy to give me a leg up as in supplements.. I'm eating 3 meals a deal, all home cooked meals, proper carbs and protein and veggies. nothing greasy, exmaple lunch is usually brown rice, chicken and broccoli.
 
My diet consist of brown rice, chicken & veggies on the daily, mix it up with salmon or london broil and ground turkey. I eat 3 meals a day. i'm pretty sure my diet is legit for the most part. i want a supplement that is going to give me a leg up, what do you guys think of novex growth hromone -9 ?

You were given the real answers. I'm totally being honest with you when I say that 99% of supplements do...


Nothing.

I guess you could toss in BCAA's as an intra-workout if your training sessions tend to run pretty long. I add Gatorade as well as I sweat like a hooker in church too.

add healthy fats to your diet every where you can.
drizzle olive oil on the broccoli , drench your pasta sauce in it, add in a shot or two of it to your protein drink and shake it up. you need to keep fats up. only thing id avoid is bad fats, simple carbs like pop or candy and excessive carbs.
add in a snack or two like a peanut butter sandwich.
 
Ever since I started using coconut oil, I found I prefer it over olive oil. The only issue is that it is not a liquid at room temperature. It melts at a little over 75F, so putting it on hot food is not an issue - or into hot drinks.
 
Good diet. Add B-12, it's essential for cell creation, making blood cells, repairing your nervous system and creation of dna. You can't have too much.
