Wondering what the best PH that is suitable for a beginner would be? Looking to put on mass and lose some bf in the process. I though helladrol but it seems super mild like I wouldnt even see results from it, and I know Trenazone and Beastdrol have gotten some good reviews but those both seem like theyd be for more "experienced" users, now I'm thinking of 6-Mdrol? Ive been lifting for about 7 years now off and on (mostly on) my diet is on point I'm 23 6' 2" 195 lbs close to 15% bf maybe a little lower.
