VG hands down.. less pip (even when there is pip it really doesn't interfere with activities).. Easiest spot known to man.. the VG site is also sparse of any major innervating nerves or blood vessels whilst remaining well perfused from smaller branches and lymphatic tissue..

It's best to rotate. I use delts, and glutes. the lateral head of the quads are handy too. Some guys use lats. I never have. I have too much scar tissue there now to use quads. I don't want it to get any worse. My advice is to do as little injecting as possible. Begin or end a cycle with short esters, but rely on longer esters like enanthate and cypionate whenever possible.
Yes but what about this? For example you have 250 mg test. You know 250 mg is much for subq. You can inject 50 mg subq. Well, can you inject 5x50 different subq site at same time?
That shit will get old quick.
What about deltoids and nerves?
VG site? I have never pinned there but I am sold on it. I normally do delts and lats. Even chest with a slin when needs must. I will look into this
Hitting nerve is sucks. You can be paralysis I have heard.
Yes the possibilities there, you simply have to be careful and if you're unsure there's nothing wrong with going on YouTube and watching how other professionals recommed it... there is a lot of information on proper injection techniques on youtube, a lot of medical students make videos for watch other professionals for online classes that way...
