exactly... the reason we know about it is because the medical community has to provide details with all findings, on all aspects, with everything...Can a abscess tooth kill you? sure, but the chances are so slim that its beyond silly.. we can do all day with the variables...

read the warning label on some meds, and ask yourself how many people you know that had those reactions? most will say NONE.. but it has to be reported and known

palatalization by injection is just known because it happened with a few instances..99.9% was self induced and caused by ignorance..

Its a rare instance, there has been issues with people hitting the sciatic never (due to ignorance ), paralysis could happen, but its rare.. if you hit a nerve in most cases you'll hate life for a nanosecond and wish you were dead, but it will be over before you know and its on to finding a better location..

your more likely to get paralysis from constantly thinking about getting paralysis all the time, then you are to actually get it from a delt injection.
