21y/o
ex college athlete
love to lift and learn
5'11 180lbs
Just recovering from another concussion before i get back to lifting I have been doing the little things to stay as best as i can
lift stats before injury:
all lifts were tested for 3 reps instead of 1 so
Bench: 110kg
Squat: 150kg
Deadlift: 140kg
Powerclean: 90kg
