What is your ROUTINE?

Here is mine.

Monday - Chest , Shoulders, Biceps
Tuesday - Quads, Hams, calves
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Back, triceps, traps
Friday - Cardio, abs, calves
Saturday- off
Sunday- off
 
Sun: Legs/Calves
Mon: Chest/Forearms/Abs
Tue: Back/Traps
Wed: Delts/Calves
Thur: OFF
Fri: Triceps/Biceps/Abs
Sat: OFF/Cardio
 
A better question would be:

-What is your current routine AND how is it working for you? Everybody can write down a routine, not everyone can make a good routine!! :)

I'm currently on a westside type of routine and it's working but I'm very interested in trying doggcraps template to change things up a bit for a while.

there are several training logs over in the journal section.

post your workouts over there if you like and read what others are doing. include movements/sets/reps/numbers.
 
If I can get 5 days in this is my usual workout- Mon.(back)- usually do dls lawn mowers wide grip lat. pulldowns shrugs
Tues(chest)- usually do 2 different bench types per wk. example-incline and decline, next wk flat and decline, next flat incline, and so on. Do flies too sometimes.
Wed.(legs)- squats, calf raises, leg extensions/curls
thurs.(biceps)- curls, hammers, forearms
Fri. (tris&shoulders)- pushdowns or skulls, military press, reverse/bent flies for rear delts, sometimes arnold press or raises w/dumbells
*Do ab workout about 3-4x a week. Usually w/weights.
Lately, my work has been hectic, so i've only been able to workout about 3-4 days a wk. Whenever that happens, i just omit arms cuz they get hit when i do bench and back

thats a split not a routine..
you and someone else can be doing the same body parts on te same ddays one guy doing 20+ sets the other doing low volume..To me those would be 2 completely different routines
 
Thanks man. Ive been doing low volume these past few weeks and have been seeing much greaters improvements in strength and size. Ive come down from a 16 set routine for chest to a 8 set. What about you? What do you prefer?

i train westside
 
i'm using needsize's routine for my chest
others 2x8-10 with increase pounds as rep goes lower
deadlift is 10x8x6x4x2 lots of increase(is this alright?) I do gain from here
5x5 when stuck
shoulders are 5x5 too
legs are same as deads(is that alright too?)
