What kind of cardio do you do?

bike, jog, elliptical machine, sex while doing flys and bicycle kicks! I jog instead of treadmill as I may fall face first on my chin!!
 
yikes looks like i better start doing some cardio haha. havent done anymore than a 5-10 minute warmup in over a year.
 
during the summer I hike on cardio or off days. anywhere from 5-12 miles. gets you outside, get a nice little tan and a great workout
 
Really I use the Eliptical. Usually 15 minutes before a workout and then another 15-30 afterwards.
After 20+ years of forced running I prefer to not ever do it again! But I got to step it up!

I usually ride the bike for 10-15 mins to get my heart rate up, I do my work out the get on th elliptical for 30 mins, I only jog 3-4 days a week as it's hard on my knees.

Yeah I started running 5 days a week for awhile but my knees were killing me so I backed it down to 4.

I haven't ran in years. (shin splints)
I've been hiking on the treadmill for
the last 2 months 3-4 times per week
in addition to lifting.
With a relatively clean diet i've lost 4
inches off my waist and abs are comin
back quick.

Yeah if your not a career runner than it's good to jog/run 2-4 times a week! What bothered me was an inflamed bursae! It hurt so bad! had to limp for awhile and take take anti-nflams. Jogging is good and feels good but changin up the cardio is better! IMO....
 
first half of my diet i focus on stair master

last 6 weeks i switch to walking on treadmill and still some stair master at the end to keep the legs coming in

I have shin splints too but, as long as I run in Asics they are tolerable.

u burn 600 calories an hr average having sex guys...

just thought i'd throw it out there...

in all honesty.. if i know im gonna get layed that day.. i skip the cardio...
