I took a shot of sus six days ago. I injected in my quad for only the second time. Where I injected there is a lump and below it to the right the is a some redness and it is a little warm. Is this anything to even worry about or is it possible that its infected. I started antibiotics but I don't know if its the right kind. Its amoxicillin, will this work?

Did you use alcohol wipes prior to and following the injection? Amoxicillin should work for a general infection. Just make sure you follow the dosing instructions. Webmd.com is a good resource.
