I basiclly eat the same foot for the last 3 months just In different ways. All my food is labled including my turkey and ham.
(8am) 2 turkey sanwiches in whole wheat wrap L,T,Mayo 680cals and 55g protein
(12pm) 2 - 97% fat free ham sandwiches on toasted whole wheat bread, american cheese and hott peppers. 720cals 65g protein
(2pm) Optimum Nutrition 96g proetin shake 480 cals ( I drink it while I weight train.
(6pm) 2 turkey/ham sandwiches on whole wheat bread L,T, Mayo, cheese 800cals 70g protein
(10pm)Optimum Nutrition 96g proetin shake 480 cals (I do crunches, leg rises, Pushups EN before bed so Ijus drink another shake.
So Itake in about 3200 good cals and about 380 grams protein. My main goal is strength. Its been working pretty good so far. I really didnt gain any weght just got very solid. What kinda siet to you guys consider this to be? Bulking or cuttin?
