what should i train a day?

Monday - what muscles shall i train?
Wed
Fri/sat

Like, Chest + biceps one day
Shoulders + back next day..

What would be the best to get toned and atheltic built?

And sets? what sort of sets, highest weight 6-8 sets? then drop down 5-10 LBS?
 
how long have you been training? if you're new to lifting then try Starting Strength. it's a great routine, very simple, and centered around big compound movements. i have it saved on my computer, so if it sounds like something yo uwant to try PM me and i'll send it to you.
If you have some experience under your belt, then what kind of lifting have you been doing so far?
