these are two totally different items here. literally a simple google search will bring back the info. or go look at det oak's sticky on "standard pct's" or whatever, i think that's in this same forum. i bet it would cover some of what you're after.

Nolvadex is only used during post cycle therapy (pct) or on cycle to prevent gyno from growing. It does not control actual estro levels in the body, just blocks it in breast tissue. Arimidex is used on cycle to control estrogen. It keeps it from aromatizing.

Do research bro and the abilites and resources are endless. Most importantly you have to find what works for you and your body. I'm very gyno prone so I use Aromasin ed 12.5 and letro .25mg ed until it feels im drying out but at that dose im usually good. Seriously, I get sore nipples from low dose of test. Just take the precautions and learn what works

on cycle use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control estrogen. PCT use nolva with clomid to kick start your HPTA. SERMS are for PCT.

It seems each cycle I run the more prone to gyno I become. 2nd cycle I just dealt with it and after a few months after cycle it seemed to have subsided. I have permanent lumps in there now but theyre small and unnoticable. 3rd cycle was bad as soon as test kicked in. Started letro and wow did its sides kick my ass. Surprised you run both and can stand the sides.

I taper down the dosage of arom while im using letro. I let letro do the work while the low dose of arom just stays in the blood enough until i feel the gyno symps go away then up the arom to the normal level for me and usually keep the letro at a very small dose e5d. I dont kill my estro

Just use arimidex on cycle .5eod and nolva would be used with your post cycle therapy (pct). What are you running? I hope you haven't started this cycle yet because these are basic things you should know long before cycling.

Go with exemestane or letrozole for your AI... I consider anastrozole semi-outdated compared to these two...
And SERMs aren't nec only for post cycle therapy (pct) for those with high estrogen sensitivity...
