I have never messed with any supplements other than whey.. so I'm about to make a trip to gnc. What are the supplements that no one should pass up and actually are worth spending the money on?
They're are two that give me great results.
Fish Oil and L-Arginine, both at high levels...

I take two 850mg caps 8 times a day right after every meal

Good point! I work outside alot and last summer had labs done, dr said never saw vitamin d that high!! I wasnt supplementing with any either, just good old sun made the increase;-)Just wanted to add one I haven't seen mentioned. Many people are deficient in Vitamin D. If that includes you, I recommend supplementing it. It often takes 5000-10000iu daily to get into the upper quartile of the normal range.
And 5-10mg daily of Cialis for the win for all of those readers with a penis.
