What supplements are you taking?

I was just wondering what everyone is taking as far as supplements go(not including gear). Here is what I take:

glutamine
flax seed oil
fish oil
multi-vitamin
gaba
kre-alkalyn
glucosamine sulfate
primrose oil
potassium tablets

I know i'm missing some things, do you have any suggestions. Do you take anything different precontest?

Protein, creatine, glucosamine, multi vitamin and enough food to feed a small army. My main supplement is food, I am constantly stuffing my face, albeit with good healthy food. I love bulking, because I get to eat like a madman.
 
Oh food, damn! I forgot that one. Are you sure that's important. I mean, I can just shoot up instead right? I'm pretty sure that 2 cc's a day of Winstrol (winny) is just as good, if not better than real food.

I swear, the responses I get on this site for serious questions keep getting worse and worse.


Hey Adam, how you been. Are you still natural? When are you going to do your first show? I'm doing one on April 30th. Yeah i'm still in the area. I live off of hwy 16. I manage a gym up there.

Kre-Alkalyn is buffered creatine. It does the same thing as creatine but it's much better. When normal creatine comes in contact with water, it becomes creatinine. Creatinine is toxic to your body. So your body tries to flush it out. Thus, your body doesn't absorb much of it nor the creatine. So that is why most people take tons of creatine, like 10g a day or more. Because most of it gets pissed out and not absorbed. But with kre-alkalyn, you only have to take 3-6g perday and almost all of that gets absorbed.

Kre-Alkalyn is the product name for SciFit's version(which is pretty damn good). I've noticed good strength gains on it. But I think there are other brands that make it too.
