Hey gal's. Sorry to drop in on yall, but my girlfriend is on a weight loss journey and has been asking me about some supp's. What are some of the more popular ones? Seems like Clen and T3? I dont know if I would feel safe with her on clen, but would T3 be sufficient?

Opinons please..
 
What is it about clen that you don't like?

Well, I guess I havent done enough research to know ALOT about it, just sounds like alot of people said its pretty harsh so alot run it like a week on and a week off? Or something along those lines. Im not against it, but I do want her safe!

If she's just started out training or is a beginner to supplementation, then make sure her nutrition and training are set up for fat loss first.

As far as women and leanness, it is GROWTH HORMONE that determines a woman's leanness - so once she's been training right for a while (ideally at least six months or more, but I know most people just get impatient), then perhaps look at adding a natural Growth Hormone booster to her Basic Staples (creatine, multivitamin/antioxidant, good fats, protein, and BCAAs).

From personal experience, IGF-2 by Applied Nutriceuticals worked amazingly for me.
