what to expect from test e. 10 weeks

im cureently 6'1 and 205 13% Bf/
bench 225
clean 215
squat 425

what kind of gains could i see at running
250 mg of test e once a week for 10 weeks with proper pct.

But seriously, it really depends on you diet, training and genetics. 15lbs isn't uncommon for a first cycle, possibly more. Keep in mind that depending on how you eat, some if it will just be fat gain (some people tend to overeat) and you will also gain some water weight.
