Finally found out how to post a new thread. I really am a newbie. Hey guys, Im 37 with 15 years of training. Currently I am 195lbs at 6'1" and about 11% bodyfat. I am looking to put on between 5-7 lbs lean muscle. Someone suggested I used Trenbolone e alone, but I need a some other opinions. Any help on what I can take to achieve what I am looking for? Had a reply to definitely not take tren alone, but what do i take it with then? Thanks
