What vitamins and fish oil you use?

So what vitamins and fish oil do u guys recommand??

I used to take all in one mulit from vitamin shop and costco fish oil.. Found out that costco fish oil is junk.. so now looking for some quality fish oil and vitamins..with decent price.

Take mine separate. Vit c vit e flax oil fish oil. Lots others but I don't take a multivitamin I take each sepererately. Shop around and any one that claims all is probably overpriced.

I use Animal Pak multi vitamin and love it! Problem is it has gotten a bit pricey, GNC the rape store sells it for 36 but luckily I have a place where I get it for around 25. I love it when my piss turns neon yellow after taking it haha.
