What will work best for me? (image)

I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, but would like to get help from members on here as to what I can do to build up my chest and arms as fast as i can

What's your current routine?


Honestly there is no way to build up one body more then another or you'll look like an idiot. Like those losers at the gym and all they do is biceps. What you need to do is grow all over and you'll be bigger at the end of the day. You need to hit all muscle groups and don't take one more serious then the other. Example, if all you lift is chest and arms, and neglect back and shoulders, you won't grow to the max potential. Each body part compliments the next. Make sense? You need to work out all over so your body grows equally.
 
Truth is food my friend! Train your ass off and eat. I don't have to do any more than look at your picture to say your young. Learn to eat first please. I'm gona go out on a limb here and say your the guy that can eat tacobell when he wants and still be that thin?

Study Nutrition work your ass off you will make great gains. When u come to a long Plateu. Then and only then look into AAS in the mean time study up on them

Good point bro on diet which is majority of the battle.

Jonas1971 if you're new the lifting and need a routine there are tons on here to look out for. Make sure youre doing good form too, don't lift to much and compensate for proper form

And also make sure you hit the most important lifts, dead lifts, squats, clean and press, bench etc

exactly as he said...but dont go to the gym and do bench press and curls only...get a well rounded routine...some of the best natural test boosting exercises are Flat Bench...Shoulder Press...Squats...and Deadlifts...by doing exercises like this it will in turn help you receive better results with your chest, arms and all around achieve a great physique. STEER CLEAR FROM CARDIO you dont need it...weights, weights, and more weights....

Great thing about you is your starting off scrawney no offense, so all the weight you do gain (if your diet isnt completely atrocious) will be cut up clean gains...
 
Learn to train and diet, hunting shortcuts will distract you from covering real and lasting ground - mainly on the lasting part. Race car drivers of all kinds start out in shit buckets, those who jump right into 700 HP vehicles very, very rarely succeed.

Give a car, or your body bad fuel and a poor driving routine and you just won't roll far, I promise from experience! I trained for almost 15 years before my first cycle and I learned that diet was even more important to making good gains, not less. Training is important too but thats monkey business in the early stages, compared to setting up and keeping your diet.
