if youll up the protein i promise youll see some results in the weight room. 300 for a guy your size looking to add mass is on the low side. 450g/d will be like adding some heavy andros. =0)
i think nuitrtion is prolly the most overlooked key to the puzzle in adding mass. many guys are lifting heavy, juicing heavy, supping heavy but leaving out the protein. i see this all the time. every single person i have recomended to up their protein has broken thru barriers and hit new prs in size and strength. several guys at my gym have dbled their protein and added 20-30 lbs in just a few short months.
