i think nuitrtion is prolly the most overlooked key to the puzzle in adding mass. many guys are lifting heavy, juicing heavy, supping heavy but leaving out the protein. i see this all the time. every single person i have recomended to up their protein has broken thru barriers and hit new prs in size and strength. several guys at my gym have dbled their protein and added 20-30 lbs in just a few short months.

obviously food is better but whatever portion he cant eat make it up with powder. and dont use the cheap whey concentrate stuff. get isolate. some guys can tolerate concentrate but not many from my experince.

eating is by far the toughest part to adding mass. thetraining is play time, the drugs are easy enough, supps n prob, but when it comes to stuffing your face thats where the work is.

i am packing my face now just to maintain my weight at 315ish. if i wanted to promote some more growth i would have to eat even more.

i am bored with eating. its a job and the fun is gone. the only time i enjoy food now is when we go out for sushi.

Thanx for all the help everyone. I'm adding weight to the bar each week so hopefully soon the mass will start to come since the strength is.

Damn 450?! How the hell am I gonna get all that? PB do you have a sample of your diet that you can post.

Also I'm doing a LOT of cardio b/c I'm waiting tables now so I'm walking walking walking walking for 7-8 hours a night. And I'm dissapointed to see the scale hasn't moved since I started this cycle 4 weeks ago but I have lost some fat so maybe I just replaced some fat w/ muscle but still. And I'm taking only tren so no water weight.

I'm thinking about getting a weight gainer. Would this be good for me?
 
youmaint gonna builk up much off tren only cycle. thats a cutting cycle with some nice strength increases to boot. add some test if you can.

my diet consists of eating everything i can get my hands on. when I am hittin it hard i have my pro at 600+ a day. i know one guy who gows 1kilo per day of pro when bulking. he weighs 270ish at 6% bf.

make sure to center your meals around protein. lots of meat, milk, cheese, eggs, mo meat, mo cheese and mo meat. and if i aint hungry and its time to eat i fix me a huge PB and jelly sandwhich with a 2 glasses of milk to wash down all that peanut butter.
