What would a 4 day variation look like on this program ?
Monday:
Squats 2 x 5
Box squats 2 x 4
Leg presses 2 x 5
Calves (your choice of exercise) 2 x 10

Tuesday:
Wide grip flat bench 2 x 6
Decline medium grip bench 2 x 6
Weighted dips 2 x 10
Upright rows 2 x 5

Thursday:
Dead lifts (rotate variations each week) 2 x 5
Bent over rows 2 x 4
Reverse grip narrow grip pull downs 2 x 6
Standing wide grip curls 2 x 6

im guessing you are bulking up

personally i would drop the decline bench and add an incline exercise (flies, press, whatever). as long as you do your weighted dips with your elbows facing outwards it will work the lower pectoral areas very well.

since you arent training your triceps separately, i would train shoulders and chest on separate days, perhaps throw in shrugs on shoulders day, and do your calves on the chest day

why change it? it works if you are doing your sets to all out or near failure, if you eatin enough protein, if you gettin enough rest. why do a routine for 2 weeks and then change. i dont get it. if three days aint working four aint either. drop to 2 days a week. i got a lot of clients doing great on a day/week split. every single person i train has made incredible gains if they do what i ask them to do. even te guys/gals who i dont train that use one of my generic routines makes good progress if they train smart

I got one of the guys in here that hired me. in two weeks has gained 7 pounds and lost a 1/2 inch off his waste. his strength is going up too. maybe he'll chime in.

thats not me... lol but i can testify to pullinbigs greatness :) im going on 5 weeks now on his routine, i have passed all my previous 1RMs. before his routine, i could do maybe 4 or 5 reps on flat bench at 285. just the other week i did a set of 3 at 385. (also contributing to such a remendous gain is a draastic change in my form) my squat is still lingering due to knee problems :( but my deadlift... is soon to be the highest in the state at my weight class. my 1RM is 565, and im shooting for 605, to beat the state record. i was also coming off of injury, where i couldnt eat solid foods (i got my toofers knocked out lolololol). so by following pullinbigs diet, and his 3 day/week routine i amde i got back to where i was, and went even further past that :)

I am available for on line training. This includes a lifting program that will put lean body mass on you. I can set your nutrition up so that you can put size/strength on more quickly or you can loose BF and get stronger at the same time. We can talk on the phone and I will answer all emails and PMs. As you get into the routine we will make necessary adjustments to keep you headed in the right direction. I also train clients at my gym on a one on one basis. My rates for online training are $200 for the first three months total, then 50 bucks a month after that. If you are interested PM me and we’ll get started.

Please check out some of the training videos in the16th frame to see a few action shots of me at the gym just so you know that I know what I am doing. Not all shots are of me but most are for educational purposes and not my ego cause none of them show me moving heavy weight. I hold several state, national and world records in the master’s division in power lifting. I have been certified and continue to study on a daily basis. I can advise you with supps and juice needs as well.

I have never trained anyone that didn’t make great gains and break thru barriers they thought impossible. Reaching goals and setting new ones. I specialize in strength training, which is the key to getting bigger.

Current stats are 6' 304lbs this AM.

Bench 585
Squat 805
Dead 675.
