Running 12-15 weeks of test: 4 week 150mg EOD prop kicker, 500mg/wk enanth.
Potentially adding 5 weeks of Anavar (var) , mid cycle, at 70mg ED, potentially adding t3 (don't wanna deal with clen shakes...is t3 still solid on it's own?)
Starting: 190lbs, 15%bf
Goals: 205lbs, 12% or less
So question is, what is the best way of going about this? Should I bulk for weeks A through B, then cut from X through Y? Should I recomp the whole time with calorie emphasis on bulking? If recomp, any recommendations for a solid diet? I've done a half, and full TCD, and both were alright. Carbs only came immediately PWO and one hour later, then on a weekend refeed day. The rest was high fat/protein, low carb.
