What would YOU do?

1. you're starving yourself, which is slowing down your metabolism similar to a bear in hibernation
2. u are too concerned about the amount of calories and not what those calories are made up of
3. u will have to double your food intake, split into about 8 portions per day (of course protein intake should be high, carbs kept to a minimum)... this will keep your body working all day long and will speed up your metabolism
4. get to the gym more than 3 times per week, that's not gonna cut it
5. STOP making excuses!! if u put in the work u WILL get results, but not OVERNIGHT

You know whats funny is everybody has been giving you the same advice over and over again since you started this thread, yet you insist that your situation is unique.
Look man, I've had low test and high estrogen for most of my adult life and only recently turned to steroids to improve myself. I will tell you it was a bitch keeping my weight within a reasonable amount, and putting on LBM was SLOOOOOW!

So anyway about 3 years ago I stopped worrying about workout regimes, how much weight was on the bar, and how many OTC supplements I could stuff into my body. Instead I focused on nutrition and guess what? All the changes that I had been looking for started happening.

But lets be clear, it didn't happen over night. When I started eating 8 meals a day (clean of course) I felt bloated and shitty for like two weeks and yes I gained a couple of pounds. After that first two weeks everything started falling in line like way more energy, bigger numbers on the bar, smaller numbers on the scale, and just a better sense of being.

As far as the weight loss, I was only losing an avg. of 1-1.5lbs a week. Some weeks I wouldn't lose anything. Losing more than 2 lbs a week means your crash dieting and you will hit a wall as soon as your metabolism tanks.

Anyway, I'll ask you again. HOW MANY MEALS DO YOU EAT IN A DAY? And what is your daily water consumption? (should be a gallon or more).

Everything your talking about takes time, none of the change your trying to affect are going to happen in a couple weeks. Its almost June so start looking to September to see real noticeable changes in the mirror.

That is if you stick to a healthy nutrition plan and stop starving yourself. Also hit the gym 5 days a week instead of three, this won't be a problem once your metabolism kicks up. Most importantly, stop coming up with excuses as to why you shouldn't follow the advice that everybody on this thread is giving you, its all sound. Once again your situation is not unique, everyone has to start somewhere but the key is to START.

Props to you for seeking advice and trying to become a healthier you, we all applaud you for that. Anyways, sorry for the long-ass post.
Hope this helps, good luck:beertoast
