Yup. Take some Prop (100mg ED) to maintain muscle and follow a strict diet and do cardio 6 days a week.
Take pictures every 30 days...THIS REALLY HELPS KEEP YOU MOTIVATED.
It's so simple, but people have to make it complicated my over medicating.
