What's favorite Post Workout Meal, or healthy diet recipe

This isn't ever PWO but, take 4 pieces flax bread, toasted, mash up 1 avocado with chilli flakes in it and spread on pieces of bread, now take two cans of flaked tuna, drain the water, mix in some diced pickles (I like spicy ones) as well as smalled diced up pieces of cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, a little bit of hot sauce, and some mayo, low fat if you need to go that route, mix all that up, spead it on the bread with the avocado spread on it and you have your self a pretty good snack right there!!
