I think an amino supplement is far benifical then a crack juice/workout supplement. L-Carnitine/L-Arginine/L-Ornithine combo is very nice over shitloads of gurana and some No2 that makes you feel hard. I also like the benefits on Red Panax ginsing @ about 5000mg in a liquid form, great pre-workout boost for about .35 cents a bottle.
If you crash that hard you should look into some other post cycle therapy (pct) option like hcg.
