Whats the deal with EFA!

ok, one thing that i still don't get with most of you bodybuilders. How come all the sample diets i read, all your fats come from tbsps of EFA. DEoesn't anyone eat real fat like peanut butter, nuts, olives, olives oil, avacado. If you do plz tell me and tell me why everything i read the only place anyone gets fats is from their EFA oil. Also, is it bad for me to get any of my fats from any of those source i posted above. If so tell me and tell me why. Thx for all the help. This is enough to make a man drink. :beer:
 
They are essential for cutting fat. Get some flax seed and throw them in with your shakes or eggs. Salmon is great to they recommend three servings a week.
 
Most of the "real fat" alternatives that you listed are great sources of EFA's that many of us eat on a regular basis.
